I ran my minecraft launcher by curseforge to obtain a modpack (1.16.5), and the download pace on the launcher appears to be about 3mb per/s and it is taken about 10 minutes to obtain 4mbs out of a 300 mb obtain. This is way too sluggish compared to my precise wifi speeds. What am i presupposed to do to repair it?

try once more later, is the difficulty persists contact Mojang about their downloads if its just the launcher being sluggish, of curse if its the modpack

Was the modpack big?
If it's a well-liked modpack then it likely is taking a while, with 100s or just mods with say 10+MB (both or each) it's not stunning.
Try downloading a smaller pack and see what happens. Or create your individual and check it (also if it is downloading the version and different version needed files earlier than the mods and every part else that is additionally possible).

Now, what I might do is hook up with Hardwired Wi-Fi, because it is much sooner. Now if that does not work, it may be the mob your making an attempt to launch with forge. In I'M E have a tons of mods, its would normally take 10 - 15 min to load you up. Now thats what I understand of this.
